Refund Policy

All payments are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. This page explains the refund policy for each product type.

Payment Processor

All transactions are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, contact Paddle at paddle.net. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies.

Pro Subscription Refunds

You can cancel anytime via the billing portal. No partial refunds for unused days mid-cycle. Refunds within the first 7 days may be considered. EU/EEA users have a 14-day right to withdraw. When cancelled, extra trees are paused but data is permanently preserved.

One-Time Purchases

Forever Tree and Exports Pack are activated immediately upon purchase and are generally non-refundable. Exceptions apply for technical failures on our end.

Non-Refundable Situations

Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds. Change of mind after activating a one-time purchase is not covered.

How to Request a Refund

Direct all refund requests to paddle.net with your order ID. For technical issues, contact us first at janaka.labs@gmail.com.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle within 5–14 business days. Processing fees may not be refunded.

Data After Refund

If a subscription is refunded, trees beyond the free limit are paused. If a one-time purchase is refunded, that feature is deactivated. Your data is never deleted.
